Cancellation / Refund Policy
cooks club believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the request will be made within 48 hours of Booking Delivery and No refund will be possible in that case.
There is no cancellation or refund of orders in which Chef/Bartender/Waiter/Cleaner is assigned to the booking as it blocks the person for the day.
COOKS CLUB is not liable for any cancellation made by Waiter, Chef , Kitchen Cleaner or Bartender and in that scenario 100% Refund will be done to Customer.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the cooks club marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
All our Chefs are experienced and trained, However Food Taste is each Customer’s Preference – So No Refund will be possible in case Customer doesn’t likes Food taste.
All Cancellations and Refunds are subject to discretion of cooks club Management.
